These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the web application known as “Sounds Like Me” (the “App”), operated by Courageous Success Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Sounds Like Me is designed to: Collect a user’s responses to a structured series of questions - Allow users to preference-rank their responses - Generate personalised outputs that reflect a user’s stated values, preferences, and communication style in the form of an iAM document.
The App is intended for personal, professional, and developmental use. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Information and Data Collected

The App collects and stores only the following personal data: - First name - Surname - Email address - User-provided values, responses, and preference rankings
No additional personal data is intentionally collected.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is correct.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data is processed in accordance with: - UK GDPR - Data Protection Act 2018
Personal data will: - Be used solely for the operation, improvement, and delivery of the App - Not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes - Be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the App’s purpose, unless legally required otherwise

6. User Responsibilities
You agree: - Not to misuse the App or attempt to access it unlawfully - Not to input unlawful, offensive, or harmful content - Not to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the App - To use the App only for lawful purposes
You remain responsible for how you use any outputs generated by the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to: - Software - Algorithms - Question frameworks - Branding, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to Courageous Success Ltd.
User-provided responses remain your intellectual property. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and use this content solely to provide the App’s functionality.
8. AI-Generated Outputs
Outputs generated by the App: - Are based entirely on user-provided inputs and preferences - May vary in style, tone, and interpretation - Are provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy or suitability
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are interpretive by nature and should be reviewed before use in any formal, commercial, or sensitive context.
9. Availability and Changes
We may: - Modify or discontinue any part of the App - Update these Terms from time to time.
Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App - We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from use of the App or its outputs
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if: - These Terms are breached - The App is used in a way that may cause harm, legal risk, or reputational damage
Users may stop using the App at any time.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
